Original: I have been with State Farm for a long time and I have never been made to feel so low priority as I have with this local agents office. I have personal and business insurance going through this office and repeatedly emails go unanswered and sometimes even phone calls. Called this morning during “business hours” but apparently the phone is still on off-hours auto messaging. Thinking about switching agent offices, I’d rather drive to another City to conduct business than continue being ignored for all the money we spend on insurances."

"33 years with state farm and 9 years with this agent and over night the insurance on a 20 year old truck triples, this "agent " could courtesy call me when my insurance was due but a call to let me know or help when my premium goes up 300% was too much to ask.
